What 1000xFounder Is

1000xFounder is an automated Deal Matchmaking and Deal Sourcing platform. We provide:

• Automated collateral preparation (Teaser, IM, MIS, Dashboard)
• Investor, founder, and consultant connection and matching
• Meeting scheduling and Minutes of Meeting (MoM) management
• Data room facilitation to support faster deal closing

Your Acknowledgment

By using this platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• 1000xFounder is an automated Deal Matchmaking and Deal Sourcing tool, not a fund, financial advisor, or licensed intermediary of any kind
• 1000xFounder does not guarantee any investment outcome, term sheet, or deal closure — all outcomes depend on direct negotiation between you and the investor(s) you are matched with
• You take full responsibility for the accuracy of all information, financials, and documents you submit to the platform
• (Consultants/CAs/IBs) You confirm you have proper authorization from the founder(s) you represent to share their information
• Any Term Sheet, Share Purchase Agreement, or Shareholders' Agreement is a direct legal agreement between you and the investor(s) — 1000xFounder is never a signing party and bears no liability arising from its terms or execution
• 1000xFounder does not negotiate deal terms on your behalf and does not structure any investment, term sheet, or agreement in any way
• Regardless of how an investor connection was sourced — through the platform or your own network — the applicable subscription fee and 1% Supporting Fee on funds raised still apply once a deal closes through your use of the platform
• You pledge to inform 1000xFounder if you have successfully raised funds from an investor connected through the platform
• Funds are transferred directly from the investor to your bank account — 1000xFounder does not receive, hold, or process these funds at any point

Fees

1000xFounder's fees are a Monthly Subscription Fee plus a 1% Supporting Fee on funds successfully raised through the platform — for platform access, automation, and facilitation services only. We do not use the term "advisory" anywhere, since 1000xFounder does not provide investment advice, deal advice, or advisory services of any kind.

The subscription fee, once paid, is non-refundable regardless of platform usage or fundraising outcome.

Data, Documents & Data Room

Documents (IM, Financial Model, MIS, Data Room contents) are stored on your own cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive) and shared via access links you control. 1000xFounder does not host, store, or take custody of these documents on its own servers.

You may revoke or request deletion of shared documents at any time — deletion is executed only after you explicitly confirm via email, to prevent accidental or unauthorized requests.

Default document access window is 7 days from the date access is granted, unless you choose a custom duration for a specific investor.

• 1000xFounder is solely an online, automated deal-matchmaking and deal-sourcing tool
• 1000xFounder does not provide investment advice, legal advice, or financial advice to any party
• You are responsible for ensuring your own use of the platform complies with all applicable laws, including securities law, tax law, and data protection law in your jurisdiction
